Hi,

I am looking for any valid and reliable inventories/surveys on a variety of
health topics:
stress, weight management, smoking, blood pressure, nutrition

It is for a corporate health setting where we would like to show outcomes
from interventions. Outcomes such as: knowledge, behavior, biometrics.
Also we would like to put a $ value if possible to some of the outcomes.

Can someone direct me to a reference book, wesite, studies, etc.

THANKS!
Deb
