I am serving on a departmental finance committee and
am looking for some help. The problem at hand is that
there is too little $ to fund all faculty travel. In
the past, this money was distributed fairly evenly
among faculty members without regard to scholarship. I
have been asked to develop criteria/policy that would
essentially ensure that those presenting at the
international and national levels receive top
priority. Does anyone have a written policy that your
department uses? If so, I would appreciate
attachments. Thank you.
