The National Cancer Institute seeks a Health Education Specialist to join
the team of professionals in the Patient and Family Education Branch.
This position directs the development of key patient education products and
assumes a lead role in quality assurance for products designed for those
with limited literacy levels. As such, in addition to possessing sound
background in health education, the Branch is seeking a professional with
extensive training and experience in developing messages using low-lit and
plain language principles.

Salary ranges from $78,265 - $101,742 per annum. Benefits include health
