announced November 19 that if Congress appropriates sufficient funds for
fiscal year 2003, SAMHSA will make $6 million available...

New Nursing Centers to Research Health Disparities:
The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) and the National
Center on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NCMHD), both part of
the National Institutes of Health, announced November 19 that they are
creating a $15 million, five-year program at eight new centers to
address research into the reasons and solutions for health care
disparities.
