*4 Graduate Assistantships in Health Education** *

The Office of Health Informatics in the Department of Health and Kinesiology at Texas A&M University is seeking to fill four graduate assistant positions for the 2005 academic year.

The Office of Health Informatics oversees a wide range of distance education (DE), continuing education (CE), and technology mediated instruction (TMI) activities. Graduate assistants will assist with course design, administration, and evaluation of these DE/CE/TMI courses in addition to pursuing a graduate degree from the Division of Health Education. Interested candidates can obtain information on TAMU's health education graduate programs by contacting Dr. Buzz Pruitt at bpruitt@hlkn.tamu.edu <mailto:bpruitt@hlkn.tamu.edu>. The Department of Health and Kinesiology offers a M.S. and Ph.D. program in Health Education.

Graduates assistants will receive a 12 month appointment, a $20,000 stipend, and be granted an out-of-state tuition waiver. All graduate assistants must be accepted for graduate study in Health Education, and fulfill the requirements for acceptance to the TAMU Graduate School.

priority although applications will be accepted until the positions
