Yes I Can! Foundation for Exceptional Children -- International Awards
Program:
The Council for Exceptional Children and its Yes I Can! Foundation for Exceptional Children are funding the International Awards Program in order to acknowledge achievements made by children and youth with disabilities and to increase public awareness of the abilities, aspirations, and personal qualities of people with disabilities.

Relatives as Parents Program -- Local and State Seed Grant Initiatives:
The Brookdale Foundation created the Relatives as Parents Program to encourage and promote the creation or expansion of services for grandparents and other relatives who have taken on parenting responsibilities.

Disability Funders Network -- Rapid Response Fund:
The Disability Funders Network's (DFN) mission is to promote awareness, support, and inclusion of people with disabilities in grantmaking programs and organizations. The DFN created Rapid Response Fund to help meet the immediate and long-term needs of people with disabilities in the Gulf region as a result of hurricanes, storms, and severe weather conditions.
