Subject: Seeking estimate of childhood overweight/obesity prevalence

I am looking for an estimate of how many children/adolescents (ages 6-18) will
be overweight or obese in the coming years (any year will do - 2010, 2020,
2050...).
I have found plenty of trend/estimate data for adults, but cannot seem to locate
any estimates of future prevalence for children/adolescents.

In public health advisories issued September 29 and 30, the federal Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) has alerted physicians that there have been reports of
suicidal thinking in children and adolescents taking Strattera, a drug approved
to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
