I have a colleague asking the following question:

"In your intellectual "travels" have you run across a resource (person, paper, or other) that provides some guidance about the best way to organize the public health workforce for health promotion purposes? We have used various forms of team and individual assignment approaches and, with a lot of turnover recently, we are taking another look at our system. Thanks!"

The colleague works for a large city/county public health department and is curious about whether there is a "best practice" or proven strategy. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I'm still curious about my "intellectual travels!" Margo
