U.S. Department of Health and Human Services -- Cluster Leadership of the Health Resources and Services Health Disparities Collaboratives:
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals for the Cluster Leadership of the HRSA Health Disparities Collaboratives (HDC) program. The purpose of the program is to provide cluster-level leadership for HDC training and technical assistance to community health centers and to other community-based providers partnering with health centers in the HDC.
