The Association of Schools of Public Health publishes this information.
This is from the ASPH website:
"In response to numerous requests, ASPH recently published the first aggregate Faculty Salary Report for 2002-2003, which is now available to the public for $25.00. The report provides aggregate information about the salaries of professors, associate professors, and assistant professors whose salaries are established by the accredited schools of public health; faculty are categorized as either physicians or non-physicians. For more information about this report or to request a copy, please contact Mah-Sere Sow at msow@asph.org."

There may be a more up-to-date report.
