Hello everyone!

I am going to be facilitating a workshop at the end of January, in a local gym, on the topic of New Year's Resolutions. I am looking for a catchy title. The only things I have come up with are:
Making New Year's Resolutions that Stick Resolving for a Healthier Year

The audience will mostly be women. The idea is to provide good information about SMART goal-setting and basic, general wellness. However, it is also a promotional campaign...to capture those that need a health/wellness coach to help them work toward their goals--they will be offered an introductory rate to come to our facility for those types of services.

Thanks,
Angela

Now that I have seen the video, I can understand why some people find
it offensive....however, if we think about the target audience and
how "open-minded" are people in Europe as compare to US...this is a
perfect/legit way to promote testicular self-exam...many times when
it comes to sexual health we are pretty conservative - it is time to
use innovative approaches like this one to get the point
accross...just my two cents.
