W.K. Kellogg Foundation -- Health Programming Grants:
The goal of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation's 2003-2008 Strategic Plan is to promote health among vulnerable individuals and communities through health programming. Health programming at the Foundation centers on improving individual and community health, and improving access to quality health care. The Foundation's grant-making initiatives focus on the non-biological determinants of health, and target communities, health care systems, and public health.

Aetna Foundation -- Connecticut Health Grant Program:
The Aetna Foundation will grant $150,000 to nonprofit organizations to benefit the Hartford and Middletown areas of Connecticut. The grant program will fund initiatives to enhance the quality of health care.
