The Family and Youth Services Bureau of the Department of Health & Human
Service's Administration on Children, Youth, and Families is accepting
applications for the Basic Center Program (BCP). BCPs address runaway and
homeless youth problems and must provide a safe and appropriate shelter, and
individual, family, and group counseling.
