Greetings..
Got back from Salt Lake City (nice city) and it was great to see so many
HEDIRites.
I've added a new function to the HEDIR Directory (www.hedir.org/directory) .
well, actually I had help from our technology guru Fred Hees.
the HEDIR Directory, besides searching for people by name or by state, can now
search for people by interest areas. There are some caveats.it's important to
use the simplest phrase possible. For example, if you typed 'sex' it will pull
up sex, sexuality, sexual, sex education. If you typed 'sexuality education' it
would only pull up those people who typed sexuality education.
As always, if you want to update your directory information, click the
'subscribe' button and you'll be directed to a page to update your information.

I want to thank Mark for his fast action. This was an adaptation suggested by
the Student Involvement Committee (thanks Steven Dion) while in Salt Lake to
assist undergraduates and graduate students in identifying professionals with
similar professional interests. As always, Mark was right there to accomodate
the students. Thanks Mark
