Greetings! I have been asked to solicit feedback from health

education/promotion programs regarding the use of 'clinical'

instructors/professors. Roughly defined, a clinical instructor/professor

would maintain a regular departmental post rather than an adjunct or

visiting appointment, but would not conform to the traditional mix of duties

(research/teaching/service) associated with a tenure-track line.

Essentially, to what extent and in what capacities do health

education/promotion programs utilize 'clinical' faculty? I would greatly

appreciate your feedback. Thanks!
