Hello friends! In Jan. we re-train all of our miners according to MSHA regulations. The category I teach is on hearing conservation. I am looking for a fun activity that I might be able to do, because the miners hear the same material year after year. Last year I took a funnel, pretended I put an ear plug in wrong, poured water in the funnel, and of course the water came running through. Then, I pretended to put an ear plug in correctly, went and stood by someone and held the funnel over their head and poured the water in again. Not a single drip! If you have any thoughts or ideas on an activity I could do this year I would sure appreciate any and all feedback. Thanks, Dr. Patti Cost, On-Site Health Advocate RTEA
