Regarding the "Sicko" discussion questions...
The wikipedia page for Sicko has a variety of info that could generate discussion questions. It has links to other media, positive and negative reviews and issues that some had with parts of the documentary.

Dear HEDIR Friends:
Below is the tentative table of contents for the December 2007 issue of the CJHP. I hope to get the entire issue online in the next week.
I want to thank all of you for supporting the CJHP over the past five years. Operating the journal has been a wonderful learning experience for me, and I am grateful for having served you in this capacity.
After the completion of this issue, I am stepping down as Editor, and the journal is being transferred to the California State University, Fullerton. Dr. Shari MacMahan and her team at CSUF will be updating you on CJHP 2008 issues. A new Editorial Board will be installed in the upcoming months. The journal will begin accepting manuscripts shortly.
Again, thank you. Happy Holidays!
Mark Tomita
