Hi all,

I am seeking information in preparation for an upcoming meeting with key people on determinants of health. I vaguely recall seeing various = quotes about the attributable risks of lifestyle behaviour factors as compared = with broader socio-economic factors with respect to various disease outcomes. = but I have so far come up empty in re-finding these (e.g. the Marmot and = Rose graph from British Health Journal in 1981 regarding relative risk of = death from coronary heart disease according to employment grade and = proportions of difference that can be explained statistically by various risk factors - = but more current and more comprehensive). Any chance anyone on this = listserve could assist? The meeting is on January 15th. of course the time line = is short. Thanks to all for your time and possible assistance.=20

A happy 2007 to all!
