Coordinated School Health on the Web!
3 Graduate Credits Summer 2007 ~ June 4 -Aug. 7 (10 wk session)
HS 570 Organization and Administration of Coordinated School Health
A Graduate Level Internet (WebCT Vista) Course Especially Designed for
Teachers, Counselors, Social Workers and School Nurses
(may be taken as an undergraduate course with instructor permission)
This three unit (credit) graduate course presents and discusses a
Coordinated School Health Programs (CSHP) model and seeks to develop
leadership skills to assess and implement a CSHP. This national model is
endorsed by the: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, American School
Health Association, American Cancer Society, and other organizations.
Practical application of the model in the work setting is emphasized.
You must be admitted as a (degree seeking or non-degree seeking)
student
before you can register for the class.
