Hi all

In my work life we just received an EPA grant to work with a couple of pediatric primary care clinics to develop a pilot stepwise screening model for universal lead exposure screening and risk-based blood lead level testing for kids under 5. We are working with a small community-based agency who has not seen this sort of graduated waiting room screening process. It has been several years since I worked on this sort of stuff related to smoking and exercise and so I am wondering if anyone can point me to some good models on the web for such a process. The content area is not important.

I know I can do a google search on this but thought I would ask if anyone had something at his/her fingertips first.

Thanx!
