Subject: Health Education in AMA directory

Hello folks,

A few weeks ago there was a post about Health Education being listed in the AMA Health Care Careers Directory (2008-2009).  I was ecstatic.  So I talked my Department chair into buying the book for our advising purposes. 

I received it today (36^th edition… “indispensable information on 8000 programs in 77 professions”)

Table of contents?  No Health Education.  No Community Health Education.  No Public health Education. 

So sorry.  We still have work to do with our health care professions counterparts… Unless you have a lot of undecided students desiring a career in Health don’t get this reference.
