I am presenting a nutrition class to a group of hotel/food and beverage workers.  Does anyone know of some good resources, books, presentations, etc that touch on  the hotel/F&B culture (working long hours, surrounded by food, stressful environment, smoking is common, etc.) and how to work on being healthy even with such challenges?  Thanks.

HEDIR Colleagues in New York and surrounding areas,

Hope you are having a good summer.  I received an email from a student looking for a doctorate degree in health education in the New York area, or distant learning - please contact her directly if you have any information to help her (see her email below).

Thanks,

Raffy

Dr. Luquis,
I am hoping you can help me. I am looking for a PhD program in Health Education which offers distance learning. I reside in Long Island, NY and none of the surrounding universities offer a post graduate degree in Health Education. Does your program offer this option or do you know of a program that does? I appreciate any information you have. Thank you.

Respectfully,
Katherine Connors
