Subject: Your assistance on a survey
Dear Health Center Colleagues,
My Vice President has asked me to gather information from other colleges and
universities that have implemented a Mandatory Health Insurance Program.
Attached is a survey to help facilitate this process. We are in the exploratory
stage and wish to compile data to present to the President and her cabinet on
the benefits and issues of implementing a mandatory health insurance program at
our university.
I will be glad to share the results of this survey with other members of the
list serve, upon request. Please indicate your interest in getting this results
by clicking "yes" on the final question.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the attached survey. This
survey should take no longer than 5-15 minutes (depending on whether or not you
currently have mandatory health insurance implemented at your institution).
You will see different questions depending on your response to “do you have
mandatory health insurance” at your institution.

Subject: Monthly/ Mini- Update: Elena M. Sliepcevich Center for Health Education Studies
We continue to
work with the family and various campus constituents on the Elena M.
Sliepcevich Center for Health Education Studies.
As
most of you know, working within “systems” takes time and coordinated
schedules. Several meetings brought positive discussions on aspects of future
Center functions. I will continue to update as more specific plans unfold.
Please feel free to contact me with relevant questions. Have a great 4th of July
holiday weekend.
