Graduate Dean's Fellowship Offered to women and ethnic minority students who have overcome social, cultural or economic conditions that have adversely affected educational progress. DFI - Diversifying Higher Education Faculty in Illinois Offered to students traditionally underrepresented in higher education faculty and staff positions. Applicants must be admitted to a Master's or Doctoral degree program, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, be a registered voter in Illinois with three or more years of residency or have received a high school diploma or undergraduate degree from an Illinois institution, and can demonstrate financial need.
