Ball State University

Description:

Our department focuses on teaching health science and offers a blend of opportunities ranging from training that prepares you to becoming a health educator, sickness to working as a radiographer or respiratory therapist.

Our program offers a variety of degrees. We offer  bachelor’s degrees, mind  associate degrees, clinic andminors. The common thread is a hands-on approach to learning. Our laboratories have the same equipment used in clinical settings.  As an undergraduate you will learn things such as taking blood pressure, and life-saving CPR, AED and First Aid practices.

You will learn from faculty who are staying abreast of today’s technology and health education standards by conducting research and publishing textbooks.

For many courses, class sizes will be small, around 19 to 26 students, giving you an opportunity to build relationships with faculty, who are committed to delivering high quality academic experiences that will prepare you for the career of your choice or advanced study in a variety of health-related fields.
